Letter to the Voter

“A Declaration of Independence — For the People”

My name is RC “Majid” Woolen Jr.

I am an American who refuses to stand by while the house continues to divide against itself. I am stepping forward to speak plainly about what our country has become — and what it still can be.

Not to play politics, but to restore purpose.
Not to take sides, but to take a stand.

Our nation is tired of watching leaders argue while our communities struggle.
We’re tired of division being sold as loyalty.
We’re tired of power being placed above principle.

I am exploring an independent path because I owe allegiance to the truth, not to a party. Because real strength isn’t found in echo chambers — it’s found in courage, conviction, and common sense. I believe Congress should be a body that works — that listens, that debates, and that builds. We don’t need more politicians rehearsing blame; we need builders who remember what the people’s house is for.

This movement isn’t about anger. It’s about accountability.
It’s about mending what’s broken without bending what’s right.
It’s about standing firm on values that don’t shift with headlines — faith, family, fairness, and freedom.

I believe the American people are still strong enough, wise enough, and united enough to reclaim the government that belongs to them.

So I’m stepping forward — not because it’s easy, but because it’s necessary.
Because our children are watching. Because the next generation deserves better than the excuses we’ve accepted. Whether through continued community engagement, civic leadership, or a future decision regarding public office, my commitment is simple: to strengthen our nation by strengthening character.

Let’s rebuild the bridge between the people and their government.
Let’s make representation mean something again.
